I am a professional scientist with over 35 years of environmental consulting experience. Following my son's graduation from Royal Academy in 2014, I accepted an invitation to become a biology and environmental science instructor. I am truly energized by this opportunity to bring my real-life experience in the sciences to the students to show them there are real world applications of what they are learning. Keeping my students engaged and excited about the topics being taught is its own reward. I especially enjoy our laboratory classes when we can gather in person to explore world of biology!
