Not sure how I could ever say thank you enough for all the support and guidance you have given Franky for the past 10 years. Royal Academy has allowed him to grow and flourish in his own unique way. As a mother and a teacher, I see no substitute for this gift of freedom.
You have changed the word by helping to shape these young inspiring students.
Thank you for all that you have done and all that you continue to do.
I cannot thank you enough for your support of J. It had been my intent since his birth to home school him, but after becoming a single parent I just did not see how that would work. I hope you realize that you have single-handedly saved a bright, wonderful young man from becoming just another statistic as I feel sure he would have dropped out of school without your support and caring.

My daughter Haley had the privilege of having Mrs. Cote as a teacher during most of her Home school years. I have no doubt that this played a crucial role in her long term education and continues to do so as she is now in her 2nd year of college. She is thriving in ways that I believe would have never been possible without Penny’s unique knowledge and effort in preparing Haley for these crucial years. Penny has an amazing gift in how she understands each individual child and nurtures that in her teaching to bring out the very best in each student. I am confident that anyone that has the privilege of having Penny as a teacher will be amazed at her abilities and passion for teaching and I as a mom could never thank her enough for all she has done for my daughter!

Throughout my middle and high-school years she was instrumental in helping me formulate and achieve my goals. When I expressed an interest in archaeology she connected me with professionals in the field and continually encouraged me to dream big. As I searched and applied for colleges she was an irreplaceable resource. The intensity of my courses with her more than prepared me for entering into an undergraduate program and the passion with which she taught, enthused me with a love of learning. Through constant encouragement and diligence, Mrs. Cote demanded an excellence that instilled in me a confidence to strive to be the best that I can be. Even as I enter my junior year in College, I still treasure the laughter, readings, and formational discussions that defined my high-school experience. Under Mrs. Cote’s guidance I truly learned what it means to be a scholar.
